1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mikototo ("We", "Platform"). This document takes effect immediately upon registering an account, making your first deposit, or using any feature of the mikototo platform.

By using the mikototo platform — whether via the website, Android mobile app, iOS app, or any other digital interface we provide — you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Rules, which form part of this overall agreement.

2Eligibility & Registration

• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration — including your full name, MyKad number, phone number, and email address — must be accurate, up to date, and truthful.
• Not a mikototo employee: Employees, business partners, or immediate family members of mikototo employees are not eligible to register a player account.

Mikototo reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal limits being imposed or your account being suspended pending verification.

3User Account

• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's name, MyKad number, or personal information without their consent.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether directly or through another person.
• Money laundering: Using the mikototo platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• System exploitation: Using automated software (bots), scripts, or technical tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Illegal collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or Live Casino games.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts or colluding with others solely to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Unauthorised chargeback: Filing fraudulent payment disputes (chargebacks) with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used on the platform.

Mikototo shall not be liable for:

• Actions taken by users based on information or content obtained from third parties.
• Losses arising from account security breaches resulting from the user's own negligence, including password sharing.

In all circumstances, mikototo's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

10Account Termination

You may close your mikototo account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before the closure is processed, all eligible balances will be paid out to you in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedure, subject to the settlement of any active wagers.

Mikototo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failed identity verification (KYC) or account information found to be false.
